Our Place
Our balcony faces southwest giving you all day sun and an unobstructed view of the white sandy beach. Walk inside from the balcony and the view comes with you. Large sliding glass doors open into the living room. There is natural light and a beautiful view of ocean and sky from every room. The entire condo is freshly painted in white. The living room is tastefully decorated with tranquil blue tones. The kitchen is equipped with new, modern appliances and cookware.The rectangular dining table seats four; floor to ceiling windows, with custom remote controlled blinds, bring natural light to the dining area. The condo has two king beds; an inflatable queen bed is available; two full bathrooms. Both bedrooms have televisions. Luxury vinyl planking has been upgraded in all rooms. Open the windows and see the ocean lit up by the moon, or close the room darkening shades. The condo comes with air conditioning and heating, free wi-fi, cable, linens, towels, and beach essentials like beach towels, beach chairs, cooler, and umbrella. There is a fitness room on the pool level, outdoor barbecue grills, and tennis / pickleball courts.
Location
The Gulfview Club is located at 58 North Collier Boulevard on Marco Island. You’ll find tons of amazing spots to eat and drink. There are many amenities at the Gulfview: heated pool, fitness center, tennis/pickleball courts, gas grills, garden paths to stroll through. A private walkway leads to the beautiful, crescent shaped white sandy beach.
